So I just discovered that I have a pretty sweet hang gliding school nearby, but the search function returns almost nothing on powered harnesses.

What are the advantages and disadvantages? I would like a cheap way to get airborne while I work on my project, and maybe a smaller project to work on to break things up.

I cant seem to find much more than the mosquito harness, google is overrun with weight shifting ultralights, its hard to find anything about powered harnesses...

Anybody know much about them?
