My name is John Gaertner and I own Blue Swallow Aircraft, LLC in Earlysville, VA. We specialize in wood and fabric historical aircraft restoration and building. We offer a wide rang of services from custom machined parts, custom casting from our own 3D printed patterns or yours, SolidWorks 2014 3D drawing, AutoCAD drawings of your plane or part, to full aircraft building and repairs, to instructional DVDs on historical aircraft building and repair on Amazon.com, EBay and on our web site directly. Currently restoring original 1918 Curtiss Jenny, Corban Baby Ace, Mitchell U-2 wing, Fairchild 24C cowlings, Berling and Bosch magnetos, and several other projects. Always looking for new, challenging projects to help with.
