Found this YT video today. The plane in the 2nd halve is a Columban MC-30 Luciole, so the whole package must be very small and light to fit in such a small and light aircraft.
In the video, you can see that the ailerons and possily the elevater/rudder are automatically operated to maintain a stable flightpath. Good stuff 👍
Looks like the plane was damaged a couple of years ago and likely rebuilt by this team for their test mule: Incident Colomban MC-30 Luciole OE-CRG,
