I *think* that these used to be sold by EAA; I can no longer find them on EAA's site. At any rate, they're apparently now in the public domain, and show up in the Wayback Machine. While it's from the early 1930s, a lot of the info is 'timeless'. Here's the link, if anyone else is interested in downloading it:
