Ducting, would my idea work?

So we see a lot of drone looking things hooked to airplanes these days. It’s like we have human flying drones. We have airplanes and we have guys strapping one to the other. And the integration is ugly. Looking like a school kid made it for a science fair.

Anyway. Eventually someone will integrate electric motors sleekly into an airplane. My idea is this, If you cut a hole in the bottom of a wing. And you put a prop in that hole and electric motor the motor would push air down. Could you then duct the inside of the wing to blow the air back and have pressure on both ends? Like it would be sucking air to increase airflow over the airfoil while blowing air down to increase pressure below.
