Cost renew hangar lease? Anyone ever renewed hangar lease?

I am considering leasing a hangar for 30 years from a reputable hangar association at an airport in the ATL area. I would like to hear from anyone who has actually renewed a lease on a hangar to learn how the process unfolded (individual renewal or group renewall, etc. ) and ideally how much it cost (to renew the lease). The reason I am looking to hear from folks who have personally done this is to clarify that I am not really looking for a reply of..... "it depends" from people who do not have first hand experience. Hope that came across politely and makes sense.
