CGS HAWK REBUILT

Hello everyone My name is Stanley and I just got me a use CGS Hawk and would like to Rebuilt it. I contacted several builders and found out that he companies were split on who is allowed to work on the two seater and the one seater. I live close to the one seater manufacturer who was very helpful but also told me of the agreement between the two. I was wondering if there was anyway that I could purchase the blue prints to this plane so I can start the process. Does anyone have the manuals so I can start from the bottom and make sure that I don't screw this up and end up deceased because I didn't do something correct and the plane comes crashing to the earth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the picture of the plane I have a long way to go but with blue prints I can start. Always wanted to fly and I think this would be a cheaper option for me to finally make my dream come true and learning something in the process. Thank you.
