Is there any way to disable the AVCS system that control the valve openings on the latest 6 cylinder Subaru? As I intend to use an SDS-type ECU, I'm not sure how to deal with this feature. My plans were to use the EG33, but I'm unsure about using an old hard-to-find engine, I think in a few years it will be quite difficult to find replacement parts.
