Hi guys/ gals,

Looking for information on the flying qualities of the stock KR-2. I am considering purchasing one locally that hasn't flown since 02 as a winter project. I used to fly a sonerai II so im used to the speedy little VW powered birds but I have heard alot of horror stories 2nd hand about the KR2s complete lack of pitch stability, as far as one person commenting that "if you let go of the stick you'll die!", and that it requires constant pitch corrections even when trimmed. I've liked the look and the performance of the KR2 for a long time so is the airplane really a deathtrap or is it reasonably safe to fly?

Chris
