Hi everyone,

I'm wondering how to make a rear spar in home workshop conditions. I could bend a sheet to the correct angle but there is no bending brake long enough to make one bend from root to tip. Using extrusions also is not an option since extrusions are mostly available as 90 degree angles here. It's probably a dumb question since there are hundreds of sheet metal airplanes around but I tried to find a simple solution for that for weeks and I have to admit that I'm unable to find one.

Any ideas and suggestions are more than welcome.Rear spar.png
