Shirley the BeLite 2 has sparked some interest in the Al Honeycomb, so some of us might be interested in looking around for more info.

If you find it, pop it here please for everyone's benefit.

When I did a few panels years back, nothing serious, I was squashing the panels down with a brake press, as per this patent I found earlier today, and riveting angle to the inside corner.

I found this guy doing it his way just before ...

I know milling the inside is a technique used often, I think squashing it leaves more continuous material, am not able to compare myself so only a guess that it's stronger.

I just realised they are composite skin/aluminium honeycomb panels, doesn't matter, it's the techniques that count.

More if I find it.
