Quick, dumb question-

I have no problem with the theory of lofting shapes and how to apply a coordinates table but here it looks like some key information is missing:

I’m looking at the grey table in about the middle of the page when it loads and trying to figure out what the “61.0” is referring to. Is this some standard format that I just don’t know, or a ‘how to read this thing’ somewhere on the site that I can’t find?
