Hi,
I have a question about FAR Part 91.319 (c) that states...
"...no person may operate an aircraft that has an experimental certificate over a densely populated area or in a congested airway."
Does this rule impose any real issues on the pilot of aircraft with experimental certificates? I am talking about the period after the initial test period which is either 25 or 40 hours depending on the engine specifications.
How is this handled by pilots? Other than at certain well-known airports where this has become an issue, is this a problem in smaller rural cities.
Thank you,
Scott
