Greetings Fellow Enthusiasts,

I was curious to find out if fiberglass were applied to an aluminum or even steel strut/tube, would it help the integrity of the strength enough to make it worth while?

I know one of the main factors in attempting such an application would be the preparation of the metals to ensure good, long lasting adhesion.

Please forgive my question if it sounds ridiculous as I am just trying to learn as much about applying fiberglass as possible.

Thank you for your responses and wisdom in advance.

Sincerely and Respectfully,

Yellowhammer
