I'm interested in finding someone with a local supply of aircraft grade Fir and/or Spruce that might be interested in fabricating, and packing, parts up to 10 foot length for drop shipment. I can make the parts but the freight for the quantities likely to be needed (~8 BF/order) probably adds more cost than subcontracting to someone centrally located in the US with a supply of wood, and some spare time.

I still have a at least a hundred hours work left before this project is a go, but would like to know if this is a viable option. PM if interested.
