Have made a visit to one of our local guy, who is building airplane from scratch. He builds it not only from his drawing, but from original technology. Most is done using foam as mold, but positive one - you lay fiberglass on foil (pet foil, quite thin, i think 5 mill (0.05mm) ) and while still wet - wrap it with foil outside on pre cutted foam parts. Wing nose, spar, aileron, flaps, stabilator etc .. was built using this tech. More interesting thing - wing ribs. All is in photos and is self explanatory - just some flat wood piece, some nails and you have you mold.

Not to follow up - just as a kind of doing composites on the "air"
