Henryk,

I sent my modified Kasperwing drawings to Witold Kasper many years ago for his evaluation.
The design featured a higher aspect ratio, single spar, and wing warping for turns.
Here is his reply letter to me:
"Dear Daniel,
After reading your letter I come with the following suggestions:
My initial ultralight Kasper Wing did not have ailerons and was pitch controlled by weight shift.
The minimum speed was zero, did not stall was mushing vertical down.
Maximum speed was 70 mph.
The profile I used was FX05-H-126
I am sending you the data.
The spar should be positioned as is on your Kasper wing.
In order to attain the max. neg. drag at the bottom of the wing, the bottom surface has to be made rough.
The drag decreased by 30%.
The reverse wing warping is not needed.
My tip rudder is sufficient.
The wing could be put in a spin, it was turning very tight.
Sincerely,
W. Kasper"

I am now revising this design and working out the details.
The spar-rib attachment detail is the most difficult design issue right now.

Thanks for posting a reply, or based on past efforts , i
would not have tried to open it !!

and the Atos .

Wow! Bogdan Wozowicz sure made his wings a LOT lighter than the original BKB, which had heavy sitka spars and plywood skins, and a lot of heavy steel fittings and hardware to hold all that weight together. Did Bogdan retain the original 8-H-12 airfoil?

=yes,"pure" /NACA8-H-12...(water cut).

-it exist china PAEABEAM ,3 mm,but lighter as "auer", circa 0.5 kg/m^2...
iff good proportion of epoxy/vinyl resin,it is possible to make much lighter wing.

now we will try to modify EXXTACY wing into BKB1-A shape (1.22 m chord,NACA8-H-12
airfoil,<30 kg weight).

Is that for the 11.4 m (37.4 ft) span wing ; or the
12.2 m (40.0 ft) span ?

And ya still need the control frame , + wires, and control lines.
