Who Sells Aluminium End Plugs with a Lip, Flat on the end, for Tubing? Mainly looking for 1.0" OD and 1.25" OD - .065" Wall. Want it to help support the bolt that go through the Tube. Delrin may work also. don't need an O-ring. END PLUG.jpg

I've always used White Acetal ( Delrin) for end plugs, and tube support.
Also made A-Arm bushings for the suspension in my Jaguar XJ6. The factory rubber ones are just too fragile, and soft, for me. I like a nice tight and stiff, suspension.

Thanks, Charles! I've been noodling a way to shore up aluminum tube ends and the Acetal (Delrin) run through Goodle gave me some ideas. And is the former pronounced Ace (like the card) tall? Or like aSED tell? In case I have to sound like I know what I'm talking about over the phone!
