Which engine to use???

hi , i am working on an project on ultralight single seater aircraft , i am totally new to this field the design goals include total weight to be 570 lbs (350 empty wt+220payload) i want to optimize it for loitering not range and max altitude would be less than 5000 ft , the problem is i cannot get special aircraft engine so i have to convert automobile engine.
Option available in market are given below , can anyone suggest how much power i would be needing and which of following to convert depending upon performance and ease of conversion.
NOTE: All are liquid cooled except VW air cooled engines
