Whats the downside of high camber?

Im building an ultralight, but my wingspan is restricted to 24ft- and a chord of 4ft. I need a take-off speed of less than 20MPH. Obviously, its a small wing to meet such demands. I know that more camber means increased lift, but how much camber can you get away with? why cant you have a tiny wing and 100% camber? Ive never seen something like that, so i figured there was a reason. According to my estimates, i would need a camber of 20% to meet these demands. Is that an unreasonable level? keep in mind- the top speed of this craft is 25MPH. in short: Whats the downside to extreme camber? Anyway, I would really appreciate any help. Ive spent ages online trying to find information about high-camber wings with no luck until I fortunately stumbled across this forum and figured that like-minded DIY aircraft builders would have the answer! :)
