By the way.... here is nice explanation of available human power.
If you don´t want to read it completelly...

Conclusion
The amount of electricity you can generate using a pedal-powered generator depends on a number of biological factors, like your age and fitness level, as well as the efficiency of the generator you are using. An average person capable of producing a sustained power output of 75 W can expect to generate from 23 to 56 W, depending on the efficiency of the generator system. If you're trying to multitask (e.g., work on a computer while you pedal), your output will be less, between 18 W and 50 W of electricity.

-russian e-soaring progress...

-and Bogdans e-motorglider in build=yet 75 kg (+ wings)=

(CP=CG)
Yes, the eFly is also interesting project.
Lak 16 seems to be "easy to fly primary glider".
L/D 12:1 is very low, but for training circuits and with friendly flight characteristics could be OK.
I just don´t see other use than basic training.

-new mode= circa 60 kg empty weigt, <13 m span, circa 40 L/D ...

(Constructor of KR-03 PUCHATEK/ PEREGRINE SAILPLANE )

New version of "Dana motorglider"?
Honestly.... I have problem to believe L/D 1:40 with wing span 13 meters and very light weight, but doesn´t matter - L/D arround 1:30, simple construction and nice flight characteristics are OK ;)

AC-4 115 - light glider from Russia.
It has been mentionned here already (if I remember well), but as "twin jet" looks like funny toy to fly 👍

Just small modification for sustainer version.... replacement of two jets by one "electric turbine" :D

Compressed air rocket? Well... I am personally affraid of high pressure systems in airplanes.
And engineers from CAA and FAA are probably affraid as well. Therefore we don´t see many airplanes using LPG and CNG :)

However seems that designers of new airplanes and not that scary and they already design hydrogen airplanes with super high pressure composite hydrogen tanks integrated in airframe.

I can imagine availablity of high pressurized hydrogen on big airports, but for sport aviation we need to consider also availability of energy / fuel source on small airfields.

Fuel like AVGAS or MOGAS you can transport easily in car. Electricity is also common (especially in EU). Availability of hydrogen or any other energy source would need really big investments to infrastructure...

I personally beleive in electric propulsion - especially in aeroclubs where they don´t need large flight range or high cruise speed airplanes.
