I was thinking that airplanes are expensive hobby, but than I visited boat exhibition....
For sure it is good idea to have possibility of fast re-charge of your boat, however don´t forget that building superchargers net is expensive and at the end somebody mut pay for it. As with electric cars - operating costs of electric car are low only if you can re-charge at home.
Boats are heavy. In fact they need to be heavy and they also often stay loooong time at one place. Usually sunny place in sunny country
Installing as large as possible solar panels is logical and should be done automatically. Nevertheless - fast supercharging for boats is nice bonus.However if I would be boat owner I would use primarily "slow" overnight charging from some local 110, 220 or 400 V socket available in the pier.
In different situation are rental boat companies - they need to re-charge boats quickly to make profit

Technician from Lebanon used available parts.
Solution is not perfect, but is working for affordable costs.

Of course I don´t believe that he can run car only on solar power from only 1 solar panel. But this is not important... His idea to think about it, design it, made it and as bonus use the car battery as energy source for his small workshop... is just great.
Of course this car looks way more elegant....
.... but also way more expensive.

Liquid H2 has one practical problem (beside of many technical, safety and transportation problems). You wil not produce it at home = government and probably some large concern will have control about price. Look to actual prices of fuel...-soon we can tank liquid H2 =NO problems with recycling !

How does aspect ratio work? Does a bi-wing get double or half or just the same? I mean if each wing is say aspect ratio 10 does that mean it stays that way or is it morphed somehow into 20 or 5?

If you want to use hydrogen as energy source you don´t need just few "bubbles" of hydrogen.... You need to work with kilograms of hydrogen.
And fuel cell typically need very clean hydrogen. So in fact you need to produce it, store it and transport it (I suppose that from some volume it will request ADR permission)...
It really doesn´t sounds like simple task for a home builder.
If is something theoretically possible is doesn´t mean that is simple and practical
