    jusqu’à means "up until".

Mass is that; mass, so 350 kg empty, no batteries.

Interlingual issues can easily obscure those kind of things, especially from the French ;-)

Nice project, but is it more as a nice cad-drawing and some numbers?

As for the 18m tips, any reason to go specifically for that span? From my view more is better (I'm religious about TINSFOS..), was that the practical span limit for wing loads and rudder effectiveness? A true TMG with gliding performance good enough for "real" gliding (say, a polar that's as good as a Libelle/LS1 with ballast) must be the holy grail for many clubs.

The sun-seeker is a beautiful airplane, it's really too bad they forgot to put kinks in their wings :dis:

    Terrific electric drive installation!
I admire your work on this.

If you can reveal, please let us know which LiPo battery you selected.
Was the nose-mounted propeller the folding type, like on the FES?

I am considering something very similar for single-seat Moni motorglider modification.
High flights and happy landings to you!

    Hello dear Dan,
sorry for delay with my answer.
    First about the propeller….
For “crosscountry” flight we used fixed pitch two blade composite propeller.
In future we want to have folding version (in case of “pure gliding” version) or adjustable/feathering (“thermal” recharge tests).
As power source we used LiPo cells from GeBattery
    http://www.gebattery.com.cn/
So far we have only one battery (35 cells, 27S 5P, 99.9V nominal, cca 5,5 kWh).
    Cells type is 1059156 5C, 3,7V nominal, 11Ah.
Now are also other cells available – my friends from Rotex (http://www.rotexelectric.eu/rotexen/) can help you with complete system.
    Best regards!
    Martin
