Hi,
I have just about completed my Pitts. Now I am working my way through the FAA forms required. I have found most of the information for them through the FAA website, the EAA website and EAA magazines I have collected.

But I don't know what to write in my airplane and my engine log books.

I do know the official words stating "I certify this airplane is airworthy..., that the FAA wants to see in the logbook when they come for inspection.

But what about before that?

Do I just say something like:

"I have put this airplane (or engine) together out of a bunch of tiny,
expensive, and usually hard-to-find pieces over a long period of my life;
bleeding and crying over most of them and I think I am done now!"

Or what??
Thanks,
Wally
