Well, here is what my on-line catalog says:
Info packs are $10.50 and complete plans are $125.00.
Order from
Acro Sport Inc.,
Box 462, Hales Corners,
WI 53130.
The phone number for Acro Sport is (was?) the number in post #2.

What am I missing?

Aircraft Spruce do not own the plans. They probably need to be the one who buys the company. Those are just material packages on the website. Chris moved out west when his mom died and has not set up shop even though he promises. I would go on to the Biplane forum and ask over there for used ones. Better percentage of people who have sets over there.
