The human brain is amazing for its adaptability. Add to it a professional pilot being a professional, and add to that the incentive that if you don’t get it, you won’t be a professional pilot.

Back in the 80s when Lotus invented adaptive suspension, they could program body roll in any direction because the computer moved the attitude of the car. They found that if they dampened out any roll or dive, drivers had a hard time knowing what was going on. The could program silly things like braking, the nose of the car would rise instead of dive.
Drivers were ok with that. Dead still was almost impossible to control because of no clues.

Well you should have jumped in an A-Star right after the 505.
