Just got a note in, the plans are not in english
Forgot about that. Even if the coolant doesn't make it onto the windscreen it's nasty to breathe and it can really fog up the inside of the canopy really badly. We had a minivan that had the heater core leak and I got a headache every time I rode in it till it was fixed and like I said the windows fogged over and the defroster couldn't really clear it off.
Here's a specs page translated into English
I'm a little surprised that, at 75% power, the 80HP acft could cruise at 140 kts (260 km/hr) ("Plane" version, non ULM). It looks to be a "clean" aircraft overall, but those slotted flaperons look "draggy" to me. But if they've measured it, that's surely more credible than my unprofessional eyeball estimates.
75% power 80hp......140 kts??
its posible 140kts with 80hp, a similar aircrat with this speed is Dyn'Aero MCR01 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and the diesel engine, this record.
1400 km, and only 51 liters of diesel. (cruise 188 km/h). Cost, 58 euros, for 7.30 hours of flight.

I just use google translation to translate the page but i wouldn't know if there is any manual to help in converting the engine or there is a company doing the conversion?
the engine is a car
Citroën AX - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
No company convert this engine.
Only in the plans of Gazaile, there are instruccions.
If you have knowledge of mechanics or mechanic friend, it's easy, and visit the websites of the builders gazaile.....
oh i see.......i really need to know more about the engine, i thinking of using it on KR2s
I'd be very careful about using an engine that you may have trouble getting parts for.
Ron getting part may be difficult? i seems to like diesel engine conversion more than petrol, as most conversion on KR series are either VW or subaru but using such less fuel with long trip makes it more attracting to me.
I do not recommend the diesel engine for the KR-2,:depressed
is better for your kr-2s the engine suzuki
g13bb, 90 HP.
Air Trikes: Engines and Conversion Kits.

Besides that, I lost everything when my last computer died and the harddrive quit on me Still looks like a nice little plane though.
I read something about the plans when am searhing information about the plane, it seems the the guy is now selling plans in english, dowloadable version but i dont know how truth it is.
