Trying to remember the name of this device - saw one on Ebay a few years back.

It was sold by one of the online experimental-aviation-supply companies, and was a panel mount unit that combined a nav, com, intercom, and CDI into a single unit (the 'CDI' function was shown on the unit's LCD).

The unit wasn't FAA approved & was marketed as for experimental use only - which also allowed for a much lower price than certified gear.

I have a project that would benefit from such a system (a small 'every radio you need besides a GPS' setup that isn't hand-held)...

But I can't remember the name of the item, to search for it....
