I am thinking of embarking on an adventure. While I consider myself an intelligent person that is capable of paying attention to the detail and working hard to get desired results, I am by no means a mechanic, nor do I have any experience building aircraft. I am young and adventurous/stupid and would like to build build a small helicopter. Is there any advice that you could give me? Or is this the stupidest thing I could even do with my time? I'm willing to put in the time, but as I said before, I have no experience. Any wise words to start me out?

Thanks. I appreciate any response I get.
