To those who travel more than a couple hundred miles from their base, could you please share what you take with you for repairs, if you have problems away from your hangar and toolbox? How much weight do you budget for a lower GW aircraft? Please include, for consideration, your model and primary construction (fabric, metal, wood, etc) and what/when you might resort to seeking help from an A&P, away from home. I seriously doubt that anyone carries around a wire welder, LOL.
