It looks to me that this engine hasn't been installed or tested on an airplane to date, but I suppose it is worthy of discussion here.

Jabiru 5100cc engine

It is about right for an RV or similar aircraft but the length of the 8 cylinder design would make the setup, rather "snouty" I think.

I am hesitant to go with a clean sheet of paper from a small company like this, but the thought of a new 4 stroke airplane engine intrigues me.

What is your take on this one? Anyone own the smaller engine designs from them?
