Just for the fun of it, I was in a Menards (like a home depot) the other day and I stopped to look at the epoxy resin glues they carry. After all, T-88 is very expensive and I thought, why not use the cheaper stuff for non structural stuff. I looked to see the cheapest per ounce glue that I could find and came across Super Glue brand epoxy resin. Now, being the frugal, cheapskate that I am, I like to get my money's worth so I started figuring in my head. Just for round numbers, the cheap stuff was $3 and ounce. The last time I bought T-88 it was $37 plus $10 shipping for 1 quart. That works out to $1.47 per ounce. Less than half the price of the cheap, non certified stuff. I guess I'll stick to the good stuff and quit complaining about the price of T-88.
