    The big video topic

Instead of opening a topic for every video I post, it might be a nice idea to have one big topic where everybody can post his video's, so I give this idea a shot with this topic. Feel free to post any video, as long as it's more or less aviation-related and according to "the rules" Not political and family-friendly mostly.

Use the "insert video" button (next to the "quote" button) to directly display the video:

So the kick off, gliding at La Motte Du Caire. Like some may know I've flown there a lot and it gives a nice impression about the environment and the airport with it's people:

Low level flying with a helo like you've never seen before:

Later more, but feel free to contribute yourself.

    Air Displacement Human Launching/Pig Shoot

    AUTO,

Re: Air Displacement Human Launching/Pig Shoot

If you don't have an account at youtube, dailymotion or something similar, that might be the easiest way.

And since this is a video topic, another one, just to prevent anybody saying I'm biased towards sleek, plastic sailplanes :gig:

Helicopter crash, especially the slow-mo (halfway through) it's impressive how far the rotor axis moves sideways.

And if you ever wondered what you needed hull insurance for:

"Hellingen" as we call it here is a popular sport amongst Dutch glider pilots. Despite the fact that most dunes here aren't taller than 100 ft, they still give lots of lift, much like what happens in the mountains, but on a much smaller scale.

    Some more about it:
OLC Magazin - Wednesday, 30. November

And another clip from last year:

And yes, this is legal. Including crossing the streets and tall buildings at 100 ft AGL ;-)

    Alternative landing. Krause Wall landing.

There was a question about real pilots flying real airplanes.
Difficult to top this one anyway.
