Hello everyone, this is Jay

I would like some info on a kit plane called a teennietoo, I think. Not to look like a dumbbutt but I am just not sur about the name. I met this guy at a fly-in at Calhoun,Ga today and he is looking to sell this half finished airplane and he wants $700.00 for it . I thought it was a great deal but know nothing about the aircraft. Please help me with this.
