I got a set of plans for the midget racer and have been in communication with those who flew one of the copies. It hasn't gotten favorable response but it was built for racing alone. My quest would be to see if the wing and tail feathers could be mimicked to handle more favorable in a tandem configuration as a traveling machine. There was a two place built on Neal's wing (Fellabaum ) that made a hard landing and fatal ending. This airplane was side by side config.
