I am not currently working on a build, but if/when I get back to it I want to be able to know my table saw is working properly.

Currently I am doing some other wood working projects and kept getting cuts that were not 90 degrees, and the wood was binding between the blade and the rip fence.

I have managed to get the blade parallel with the miter slots with no problems, but the fence is not cooperating.

My saw is a Porter Cable PCB270TS. The fence seems like a poor design. I can get it aligned but when I move it is out of alignment again. As much as 0.1 inch, I have seen.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Other than buying a 3rd party super-duper replacement fence ($$$), any suggestions?
