OK, when I buried this question in another thread, it didn't get much play, So I thought I would start a dedicated thread...

Can anyone here make suggestions as to good homebuilt choices for glider towing? Please put some thought into it in terms of power requirements, low speed capability, visibility, ruggedness, and structural tow hook attachment. I want to provide a list of suggestions to my soaring club that thinks that there are no homebuilts that would tow better than a 150hp Cessna 150.

Discussion is welcomed!

Bruce :)
