What would the negative side effects be of using the stock Renesis Intake and ECM? I know it may weigh more, but what other effects are there?

You should fake a speed signal so the ECM doesn't think the engine is being run on idle gear and suddenly goes to safe mode cutting your power.

its going to run an o2 sensor and all of the factory automotive emissions such as after cat converter o2 sensor, evaporative purge system for the fuel tank, and don't know about mazda but with the car being current it may have an immobilizer security system in the ecu that looks for a programmed key, matching immobilizer unit in the key cylinder of the cr and programmed ecu to match all 3 components together. also the automotive ecu may not be able to have enough correction for the change in altitude. yes the car can adjust for going up mountains while driving but may not be able to compensate for altitude or temp in flight.
