Hi All,

I just asked this on the Sonex forum but's it's been more than 30 seconds and still no reply :gig:

Can anyone suggest a recommended size for a Waiex building table?

3-1/2 ft. by 10 ft. on roller's would be a good size.Make it nice and flat. Are the fuselage side's and wing's built on the table? Does the plan's suggest any table size?

I just got a message from the Sonex forum that 32"x10' is a pretty good size, about what you said.

We don't have any plans yet (we got the Waiex wings in EAA's Give Flight Project) I guess you don't get the plans (just the builders manual actually) until you buy a kit.

I'm just getting the chapter hangar ready.

I already passed this info on to Fritz, but for other peoples information. My EAA chapters current youth build project is a Sonex which is almost done. We used a 16' x 4' table, this was the result of feedback from previous Sonex builders.
