Been looking at welders. Anyone have any opinions about these:

DC TIG and plasma combo

Eastwood Versa-Cut 40 and TIG 200 DC Precision Fab Kit

AC/DC TIG and plasma combo

TIG Welder, Eastwood Versa Cut Plasma Cutter & Cart Kit | Eastwood


Question: If both of these have high frequency start and 200 amps and pre and post flow gas control then what is the difference in performance?
One has AC output. You have to have AC for aluminum. Be careful of econo machines. The outputs are not usually clean and the duty cycle is usually very low. Buy the biggest, nicest machine you can afford. I promise, once you get it, you always wish you had got the next size larger...:)

Also half round files with the radius the same for each size of tubing for the final touch up.
