I'm moving my "instrument panel" in my Quicksilver to position of the newer models. It sits further ahead on a stalk so you don't have to look up so much to see your engine instruments.
I could just give GRT a call and order a new wiring harness for the EIS, I suppose. Or I could extend the wiring and save the expense (although I have no idea what that expense is). Anyone ever use these solder splice connectors to join wires together? Or would I be better off with a standard western union solder splice with heat shrink?
