I was really after a design that a forum member was looking at building or currently has. Mainly for a real life example and so that the numbers actually work properly.

The most important been the weights and the power required for level flight, takeoff power needed or desired and such.

Often some designs do not have very accurate figures. Particulary designs for part 103.

I doubt that few if any have accurately measured such attributes. I know what you mean about bad numbers though, they are often impossible.
You will probably do better accurately estimating the numbers for a 103ish design.
If I get the urge to estimate the numbers for mine, I'll let you know. I haven't bothered as I plan to give it way more power than it needs to fly and the shape is fixed. It will be better than the typical legal eagle or minimax, but won't get near Propasties aluminium dragon.
