    Per Skybolt installation instructions you need a SK-4P3 tool to install the male fasteners into the retaining rings. Read here.
    Not really wanting to wait for delivery and/or pay for a tool that would mostly sit in the drawer there is a workaround.

    I've never heard of camlocs (or what sure looks like a camloc) being called Skybolts. But that aside, Brown Aircraft tools sells camloc pliers for $18.95.
