So, when wrapping the nose of a wing with plywood, once it’s on there, you’re not going to be able to get in there to seal it. Does epoxy sealer remain flexible after it dries? Or would one put a slow-curing epoxy on the inside surface and then glue it to the nose ribs? Or another technique?

I guess it might depend on the thickness of the ply if you need to prebend it. Then I reckon there are some other options, like taping off the rib lines before sealing so the glue sticks well, or something else?
