Rotor hoist for gyro plane

Here's some pics of a hoist I made for gyroplane. I couldn't get on the rotoryforum so I am posting here. Made this for PRA 31 thanks to John Rountree and Dave Bacon. Gyro is an Argon owned by Ron Stuble.

It mounts on a truck bed post hole and anchored with two 2" ratcheting straps, Used 1 and 1/4 conduit and old pulley 5" diameter. Also used a 2500 rated badland winch from harbor freight with remote control. Can probably also design it to mount on a 2 " receiver hitch .
