Does anyone have any Photo's of a Rotax 185UL Cylinder? Does the Sleeve stick out the bottom or Flush on the bottom?

I know the newer 185's still used on Water Pumps has a Nikasil Cylinder but same Stock 62mm Bore. I believe they use a 94mm Bolt Pattern which should allow up to a 76mm Big Bore. (72mm x 61mm) 248.4cc, and (76mm x 61mm) 284.1cc. Boring a Cylinder $45-$60, Nikasil $200-$250.

I was talking to a Skidoo Racer that said the Old Skidoo/Rotax Singles Cylinders, you can just pop out the Sleeve and then Bore the Shell to 82mm+ and Nikasil them, which saves Weight. They all used the same Head/Cylinder Bolt Pattern. The 277 you have to still use a Big Bore Sleeve for 82mm.
Skidoo 250 (69mm x 66mm) 246.8cc
Skidoo 292 (75mm x 66mm) 291.6cc
Skidoo 299/300 (76mm x 66mm) 299.5cc <-- These can be Big Bored & Nikasiled to (82mm x 66mm) 348.6cc.

Skidoo 318/320 (76mm x 70mm) 317.6cc
Skidoo 335/340 (78mm x 70mm) 334.6cc <-- These can be Big Bored & Nikasiled to (82mm x 70mm) 369.8cc.

The Old JLO's, SACHS, ROCKWELL, Singles can also be done the same way. They have a (4) Bolt Pattern on PTO Case for a Belt Redrive. Some of these Singles went up to 395cc. The JLO L-395 was (82.5mm x 74mm) 395.7cc Stock. The L-372/L-380 were (80mm x 74mm) 372.1cc Stock, the JLO L-340 was (80mm x 67mm) 336.9cc. They had HD Cranks.
JLO CRANK.jpg L-340 was (80mm x 67mm) 336.9cc Stock.
