Real life...vs...models/unmanned a/c

Found the Piper Aerostar, Douglas SBD of WW2, Ryan/North American Navion.

Apologize for double posting this, it seemed there would be more aircraft of this type around.

Interesting designs, researching for suitability.
Suitability for building my own a/c with this kind of construction method. Which has an advantage of lower individual parts count.
