I gathered up all this stuff over the last 5 years, intending to get it airworthy and learn to fly it, but wife/kids/ job/ building some wood boats all got in the way of digging into it. Now we’ve moved to a house with a small yard and garage, don’t really have a place or time to work on it (“new” house is 100 years old and if I’m working on plane restoration before house updates my wife’s gonna kill me with pointy things and fire…..). The gentleman I bought it from had it stored in a farm machine shed for many years.

The plane is an early model, 1983 or 84 production. I have the original build documentation, a bunch of supporting docs from the 80’s and 90’s, and also ordered from RANS the documents detailing AD’s since production. It’s equipped with a Rotax 277 and has 53 hours on the Hobbs. Engine appears to have been oiled and stored correctly, it rotates smoothly and has compression. In addition, it includes a fresh 277 and a brand new prop. Also includes a BRS (not installed- I believe it’s a -4 never fired and looks new but out of date- sorry didn’t get a pic of that but can tonight). New tires and a bag of AN hardware are also included, and a new wood prop. I don’t have a punch tester, but the cloth seems strong and not brittle. It’s got a little hanger rash but nothing appears serious.

It’s located in Muskego WI, just off I43 at the Racine Ave exit (about 15 minutes SW of Milwaukee). Feel free to call me with any questions. 262-510-6188. Or email [email protected]. Pardon the blue tint on the pics, the trailer is covered with blue marine shrink wrap so it tints the light blue.

$3500 for plane, trailer, extra 277 & redrive, extra new prop, BRS, new tires and misc AN hardware ordered for the project, all documentation.
