There’s not really an appropriate sub forum to place this in, so I’ll put it here since one of my projects that uses them is a wooden plane. Google didn’t reveal any discussions here on the subject, unless I mis-Googled it.
In another thread today, the subject of teleflex-style cables came up. I’ve never seen them used on anything, personally. But they are called for by my plane’s designer for moving control surfaces. Does anyone have any experience with them? They seem pretty straightforward to install and operate. But I know nothing about internal friction versus standard cables or anything else of the sort. Opinions on them?
”Follow the plans.” I’ll throw that out there now before someone else does. :gig:
