I'm trying to find design details about the Pressure Recovery Wheel Pants sold by Vans Aircraft and Others..

Is there any good websites to visit? I'm a EE so the information has to be dumbed down, but not too much :D

I really like to the look and I'm trying to find a set of wheel pants that are smaller than the set Van's sells that have a low drag characteristic.

Any ideas?
